As an independent company we’ve never used call centres, preferring customers to speak with an experienced team member who wants to help you settle in from the get-go. Therefore we hire staff with our customers in mind, as we need to guarantee that every guest is made to feel like a member of the family. The Skene House team wants its guests to make the most of their stay in the Granite City, and will undertake the legwork in planning and organising itineraries or booking transfers, transportation, tee times, tables at great restaurants, tour guides or distillery tours.
