New Money Map Tool from Citizens Advice Scotland – Help for Tenants – Citizens Advice Scotland (CAS) has launched a new online Money Map tool that helps people minimise financial risk, access funds and support them during the Covid-19 pandemic.
It also features a specific section for tenants. At Skene House, as responsible landlords, we wish to share all the tools and information there is to make our tenants’ lives easier, but this Money Map tool is a fantastic resource for all.
The Money Map tool explains how people can reduce living costs (such as housing, benefits and energy bills) and enhance their incomes with a host of benefits and allowances that readers may not know they’re entitled to. The website also guides people to sites that explore the options available to them based on their own personal situation.

‘Polling for CAS by YouGov reveals that 18%of people running out of money before payday had no financial difficulties before restrictions began but are now facing issues. A further 12% did have difficulty before restrictions and now those problems are worse.”
